Return Policy

At Oceaneros, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds, aligning with our fulfillment partners’ policies.
1. Order Issues and Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we are happy to replace or refund it. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product with a detailed description of the issue and photos of the damage. Once your claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed at no additional cost to you.
2. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed by the recipient, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
3. Returns and Exchanges
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there is an issue caused by us (such as a printing error or wrong item shipped).
4. Non-refundable Items
• Customized products that were made according to the customer’s specifications.
• Items that have been used, worn, or washed.
• Orders canceled after production has started.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, the fulfillment process begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once approved. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
